Subject: [PATCH] rustc_llvm: Link to libkstat on Solaris/SPARC

getHostCPUName calls into libkstat but as of
LLVM 16.0.6 libLLVMTargetParser is not explicitly
linked against libkstat causing builds to fail
due to undefined symbols.
