Niko Matsakis	3046ac217f	Detect cycles and specialize error reporting for Sized. It is important ... to get the `Sized` error usable, since that hits new users frequently. Ariel Ben-Yehuda	1220e016bd	add a recursion limit for type representation ... I could have added a check for explicit recursion, as irregular types tend to cause selection errors, but I am not sufficiently sure that cannot be bypassed.
