a220a53af3 Disable testing on wine 
Wine started crashing for whatever reason. Supporting native Windows is
much more important and already tested separately.

5e1298ccdb Revert "Skip testing extended_sysroot tests with cg_llvm on CI" 
This reverts commit 521288ef0f.

I got what it tests backwards. It tests against a sysroot compiled with
LLVM. Not with the LLVM backend. The latter is done by the test_llvm CI
job.

8fbd6f521a Skip LLVM sysroot testing for native x86_64-pc-windows-gnu in CI 
It is way too slow and cross-compiled x86_64-pc-windows-gnu covers at
least part of the tests.

761a91ade8 Build CI dist artifacts without debug assertions 
This significantly improves performance. For example for the
simple-raytracer benchmark it goes from a 13% improvement over LLVM to
39% improvement over LLVM.

e14e5c2af1 Don't use hyperfine during testing 
A new command ./y.rs bench is introduced for benchmarking. This change
allows skipping hyperfine installation in ./y.rs prepare and thus avoids
writing to ~/.cargo/bin.
