5ce09bcfa2 Disable gdb pretty printer global section on wasm targets 
The wasm targets don't support gdb anyway so there's no need for this
section there.

9a24025661 Avoid loading the whole gdb debug scripts section. 
This is so LLVM isn't forced to load every byte of it. Also sets the alignment of
the load. Adds a test for the debug script section.
