c153fc1da1 New section of the book: nightly rust
Now that feature flags are only on nightly, it's good to split this stuff out.

52124d7c80 Fix #23166. Get the Compiler Plugins example compiling again.
* "let met text" was previously of &String type. Now it is of &str type.

 * Update the slicing syntax. Both &text[] and text.slice_from() evaluate
   to a &str.

 * We were passing a u32 to expr_usize.  Call expr_u32 instead.

f66a3f7bba Replace MacExpr / MacPat / MacItems with MacEager
MacEager is a MacResult implementation for the common case where you've already
built each form of AST that you might return.

Fixes #17637. Based on #18814.

This is a [breaking-change] for syntax extensions:

  * MacExpr::new becomes MacEager::expr.

  * MacPat::new becomes MacEager::pat.

  * MacItems::new becomes MacEager::items. It takes a SmallVector directly,
    not an iterator.

93b642d974 Use a crate attribute to load plugins
#[plugin] #[no_link] extern crate bleh;

becomes a crate attribute

    #![plugin(bleh)]

The feature gate is still required.

It's almost never correct to link a plugin into the resulting library /
executable, because it will bring all of libsyntax and librustc with it.
However if you really want this behavior, you can get it with a separate
`extern crate` item in addition to the `plugin` attribute.

Fixes #21043.
Fixes #20769.

8f61814641 Standardize punctuation & formatting of TRPL
This commit is an attempt to standardize the use of punctuation and
formatting in "The Rust Programming Language" as discussed in #19823.

- Convert bold text to italicized textcwhen referring to terminology.
- Convert single-quoted text to italicized or double-quoted text,
  depending on context.
- Use double quotes only in the case of scare quotes or quotations.
