would previously print
'\"'
"\'"
With this patch it now prints:
'"'
"'"
rustdoc: allow list syntax for #[doc(alias)] attributes
Fixes https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/81205.
It now allows to have:
```rust
#[doc(alias = "x")]
// and:
#[doc(alias("y", "z"))]
```
