8c93a79e38 rustdoc: Replace no-pretty-expanded with pretty-expanded
Now that features must be declared expanded source often does not compile.
This adds 'pretty-expanded' to a bunch of test cases that still work.

c195783c05 Feature gate #[static_assert].
The API this exposes is a little strange (being attached to `static`s),
so it makes sense to conservatively feature gate it. If it is highly
popular, it is possible to reverse this gating.

a5bb0a3a45 librustc: Remove the fallback to int for integers and f64 for
floating point numbers for real.

This will break code that looks like:

    let mut x = 0;
    while ... {
        x += 1;
    }
    println!("{}", x);

Change that code to:

    let mut x = 0i;
    while ... {
        x += 1;
    }
    println!("{}", x);

Closes #15201.

30862a64c2 Fix run-pass tests to have 'pub fn main'
This is required by the check-fast target because each test is slurped up into a
submodule.
