Format let-chains across the code base
...
In the updated nightly version, it seems that rustfmt now supports formatting
let-chains. Since we're using them a lot, it's a lot of reformatting.

Improve AdtDef interning.
...
This commit makes `AdtDef` use `Interned`. Much the commit is tedious
changes to introduce getter functions. The interesting changes are in
`compiler/rustc_middle/src/ty/adt.rs`.
