Experimentally add *heterogeneous* `try` blocks rust-lang/rust#148725 moved the default to being homogeneous; this adds heterogeneous ones back under an obvious-bikeshed syntax so people can experiment with that as well. Essentially resolves rust-lang/rust#149025 by letting them move to this syntax instead. The rustc_ast crate contains those things concerned purely with syntax
– that is, the AST ("abstract syntax tree"), along with some definitions for tokens and token streams, data structures/traits for mutating ASTs, and shared definitions for other AST-related parts of the compiler (like the lexer and macro-expansion).
