Nicholas Nethercote 1d83208683 De-genericize the dep graph. 
By removing the generic `D` parameter from `DepGraph`, `DepGraphData`,
`CurrentDepGraph`, `SerializedDepGraph`, `SerializedNodeHeader`, and
`EncoderState`.
