Uplift more query stuff

- Uplift various query input/response internals
- Uplift the `ProofTree` structures and make the `ProofTreeBuilder` stuff (mostly) generic over `Interner`
- Stop using `TyCtxt::def_kind` in favor of `AliasTerm::kind`
