Alex Crichton 34cf28826f rustc: Stabilize the #![windows_subsystem] attribute ... This commit stabilizes the `#![windows_subsystem]` attribute which is a conservative exposure of the `/SUBSYSTEM` linker flag on Widnows platforms.
