Matthias Krüger 68313623fc Rollup merge of #131480 - madsmtm:macos-fix-strip-binary, r=nnethercote Fix hardcoded strip path when cross-compiling from Linux to Darwin Fixes https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/131206.
