Fix false rustdoc broken_intra_link detection (#984) 
I saw in https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/81037
that when you document private items with rustdoc the
`x86 AVX-512 BITALG` feature comment does not contain
scape characters in the message and therefore rustdoc
was emiting warnings.

This fixes it.

stdarch - Rust's standard library SIMD components

Crates

This repository contains two main crates:

  • core_arch_crate_badge core_arch_docs_badge core_arch implements core::arch - Rust's core library architecture-specific intrinsics, and

  • std_detect_crate_badge std_detect_docs_badge std_detect implements std::detect - Rust's standard library run-time CPU feature detection.

The std::simd component now lives in the packed_simd crate.
