Thomas Backman 3b5d6fd254 Add next_permutation and prev_permutation onto MutableOrdVector<T>. ... Unlike ImmutableClonableVector::permutations() which returns an iterator, cloning the entire array each iteration, these methods mutate the vector in-place.
