Define `NullHandleError` and `InvalidHandleError` types, that implement std::error::Error, and use them as the error types in `HandleOrNull` and `HandleOrInvalid`, This addresses [this concern](https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/87074#issuecomment-1080031167).
