Alex Crichton 60e8d7766b Unconditionally expose wasm atomic intrinsics
While they're not very useful in single-threaded mode this makes them
more useful for building libraries because you don't have to always
recompile the standard library to get the desired effect. Additionally
it helps us enable tests on CI for these functions, since the
instructions will now validate without shared memory (thankfully!).

stdarch - Rust's standard library SIMD components

Actions Status

Crates

This repository contains two main crates:

  • core_arch_crate_badge core_arch_docs_badge core_arch implements core::arch - Rust's core library architecture-specific intrinsics, and

  • std_detect_crate_badge std_detect_docs_badge std_detect implements std::detect - Rust's standard library run-time CPU feature detection.

The std::simd component now lives in the packed_simd crate.

How to do a release

To do a release of the core_arch and std_detect crates,
