Used comments instead of `assert!`s as [`std::fmt`](https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/fmt/index.html#usage) uses comments. Should all the str-related macros (`format!`, `format_args!`, `concat!`, `stringify!`, `println!`, `writeln!`, etc.) references each others?
