bors 0c0f27afd4 Auto merge of #147695 - cjgillot:deduce-param-freeze, r=tmiasko ... deduced_param_attrs: check Freeze on monomorphic types. `deduced_param_attrs` currently checks `Freeze` bound on polymorphic MIR.
