bors e3dfeeaa45 Auto merge of #108167 - Zoxc:query-config-instance-slim, r=cjgillot ... Make `rustc_query_system` take `QueryConfig` by instance. This allows for easy switching between virtual tables and specialized instances for queries. It also has the benefit of less turbofish. `QueryStorage` has also been merged with `QueryCache`.
