Fixes fp caused by linting on Ok(_) for all cases outside binding.
We introduce the following rules for match exprs.
- `panic!` and `unreachable!` are treated as consumed.
- `Ok( )` patterns outside `DotDot` and `Wild` are treated as consuming.
