Derive `PartialEq` for `InvisibleOrigin` For https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/145354, we need `PartialEq` for `TokenStream` to "just work". However, due to the special comparison implementation that was used for `InvisibleOrigin`, this wasn't the case.
