Separate dataflow analysis and results `Analysis` gets put into `Results` with `EntryStates`, by `iterate_to_fixpoint`. This has two problems: - `Results` is passed various places where only `Analysis` is needed. - `EntryStates` is passed around mutably everywhere even though it is immutable.
