Fix overflow when converting ZST Vec to VecDeque
```rust
let v = vec![(); 100];
let queue = VecDeque::from(v);
println!("{:?}", queue);
```
This code will currently panic with a capacity overflow.
This PR resolves this issue and makes the code run fine.
