Remove support for `extern "rust-intrinsic"` blocks

Part of rust-lang/rust#132735

Looked manageable and there didn't appear to have been progress in the last two weeks,
so decided to give it a try.

rust-analyzer logo

rust-analyzer is a modular compiler frontend for the Rust language. It is a part of a larger rls-2.0 effort to create excellent IDE support for Rust.
