Some hoedown FFI changes: - `HOEDOWN_EXT_NO_INTRA_EMPHASIS` constant changed. - Updated/tidied up all callback function signatures. - All opaque data access has an additional layer of indirection for some reason (`hoedown_renderer_data`).
