cleanup: Remove lint annotations in specific crates that are already enforced by rustbuild
Remove some random unnecessary lint `allow`s.
Deny `unused_lifetimes` through rustbuild.

The supporting for vxWorks has been enabled in this branch. Although there are still a lots of work to do, I would like to upstream the code and fix the problems later.
